What you fear will not be as dark as your mind imagines to you, and the fear that you let control your mind is much more dangerous than the situation already in place.

Book Summary:
The pages of this book include an allegory with a moral significance, describing the change that occurs in people’s lives and work, people’s reactions to change, and the correct way to deal with change.
This tale revolves around two mice “Sniff” and “Scurry” and the dwarves “Hem” and “Howe”, during their journey to find cheese in the maze in which they live, which symbolizes the life in which we search for what we want
While the pieces of cheese they are looking for symbolize what we want in life and what we strive for, such as happiness, health, money, status, a job or a love relationship.
The two groups begin searching for cheese, and the mice separate from the humans in the long labyrinth corridors, to begin their search journey
One day the two groups find a corridor full of cheese pieces, and they enjoy it for a certain time, then one day the mice “Steve” and “Scurry” arrive at the cheese station, to discover that there is no cheese, they are not surprised by this, because they noticed the constant decrease in cheese day after day day. Therefore, they were ready to face this fate, so they set out on a new search trip.
As for the dwarves Hem and Howe, they were not ready to face this fate because they did not expect it, and they took the presence of cowardice there for granted.
They did not understand the matter, and each one began to blame the other, and Hem fell into a whirlpool of thinking, analysis and denial of what had happened, until he became frustrated.
As for “Howe”, despite his fear and hesitation, he decided to set out on a journey of research again, and in this journey he not only found cowardice, but also learned how to transcend his fear, change his beliefs, anticipate change, adapt to it and enjoy it.
Text from the book:
His old thought was wrapped in a cloud of fear and anxiety, for he always felt that he would not find enough cheese, or that he would not have it for as long as he wanted, and he often preoccupied with the misfortunes that might happen to him, not the pleasant surprises.
But that thinking changed in the days after he left Cheese Station C.
Howe used to think that cheese shouldn’t be stirred, and that this change wasn’t right.
But now he realized that the lack of change is contrary to the laws of the universe and nature. Change must occur continuously, whether we expect it or not, and you cannot be surprised by change, unless you are not expecting it and looking for it.
When Howe realized the change in his beliefs, he paused to write on the wall that old beliefs do not guide you to new cowardice.
This book is one of the motivational books that have helped millions of people discover simple truths, to lead a healthier, more successful, and less stressful life.
