On the 24th and 25th of June, we presented a remote workshop entitled (Crisis Management) to prepare young people to address any crises that might occur and how to deal with them. In cooperation with our partners in the Arab Youth Network for Sustainable Development.
The workshop was led by the professional trainer Abdullah Qassem Agha. The workshop was started by defining crisis, their characteristics and criteria for classification, the main causes and their repercussions on the organizations targeted for crisis management.
Then he moved on to crisis management methods and how to use guidelines in dealing with crises and noted the importance of implementing a crisis management plan and forming a team for that.
The workshop concluded with the problems facing the crisis management team, ways to solve them, and the post-crisis phase.
The workshop was attended by 60 trainees residing in Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Morocco, Tunisia and Kuwait.
The workshop was characterized by valuable interventions and participation that expressed our opinion on the Arab crises and their impact on the effectiveness of youth and their future.
Problems were raised and discussed the possibility of solving them in the future in a harmonious atmosphere of constructive discussion
It was a positive workshop that left an echo in the hearts of ambitious Arab youth seeking to advance society and reach a better future
The workshop lasted for four hours, with two training hours for each day. It was interactive and constructive.
