Within the cooperation agreement that brought us together with our partners in the ( Arab Youth Sustainable Development Network ) and the ( Peace Revolution MENA) , the interactive workshop [Explore your potential] was held on the eighth of July, 2021.
The workshop came to focus on achievement and unleashing our capabilities to achieve goals through practical, practical exercises.
The workshop was supervised by the brilliant meditation and mindfulness coach (Aseel Nassar), who is coordinator for the Middle East and North Africa region with the Global Peace Initiative.
The workshop began by shedding light on the basic elements that determine the capabilities and capabilities of a person, as well as focusing on the wheel of mind management for each person and how to determine it, then move on to the application of capacity management exercises, explaining the most important beliefs that hinder and impede the employment of capabilities.
To end the workshop by talking about the right way to search for and find our passion and define our values.
The workshop was followed by a meditative session to delve deeper into ourselves, communicate with it, and discover its innermost being.
The workshop promoted the sixteenth goal of the sustainable development goals, which is peace, justice and strong institutions.
The workshop was attended by 75 trainees residing in several Arab countries.
The workshop was characterized by positivity and interaction from the participants, as it was well received by our great need to discover ourselves and reach our capabilities.
