He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Utah, an MBA from Harvard University, and a Ph.D. in Religious Education from Brigham Young University. He is the director of the Franklin Covey Foundation, a leadership advisory center.
He is the author of several books, the most important of which is the book “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” which has sold more than 25 million copies and has been translated into more than 38 languages since it was published.
He passed away in 2012, at the age of 79, leaving a distinguished cultural legacy.
