- Sara Sheikhani – born in 1987.
- A graduate of the Commercial Technical Institute and currently studying psychological counseling.
- Trainer in self development and life skills.
- She worked in the field of school education for 12 years, in addition to the field of training (recitation and training skills, life and thinking skills ) in a large group of training centers, civil associations and international organizations such as the Red Crescent and UNICEF.
- She has designed a group of training bags for young girls and mothers.
- She published an annual notebook for daily, monthly and annual planning, in addition to submitting a novel (Mother of one week).
- She participated in many TV and radio programs, such as (Youth and Ideas).
- She founded the volunteer team and worked with several other charities

About The Course
The Training of Trainers course is the course that depends on a wide-ranging structure of
all skills, so that the trainee will have several skills that help him to start the training field
professionally, with its practical and theoretical field
The purpose of the course is to enable trainees to enter the labor market in a strong way
and to market their ideas and projects convincingly
Theoretical concepts of training
- Levels of familiarity between the trainer and the trainees and between the trainees themselves.
- Coach skills include: (body language – eye contact – gestures and hand movements – standing and walking – tone of voice and melody music – emotional state management.
- Skills of building the scientific material, including: (studying the audience – identifying needs – structuring the material by following the sss method – designing the strong introduction and conclusion – determining the games and methods used.
- Others include: logistical matters, determining the time, arranging the appearance of the hall, the readiness of the facilities, and so on.
