About Trainer
Taimaa Marrawi .. She has Master of Human Resources Management and the continuous experience since 2002 in several governmental and private sectors and NGOs, helped me to have comprehensive knowledge in the field of human resource management, training and consulting.
She has trained 150 trainees in 2020 from entrepreneurs and aspirants to enter the job market , In addition to training 20 volunteers for 15 hours in 2018, and in 2016 it trained 25 trainees.
She has the skill of interactive and participatory training and the skill of communicating information easily and clearly, as well as strong experience in management and leadership.
In addition, She certified trainer for many programs such as community leadership, active citizenship, strategic planning, project life cycle, team building, positive thinking, social and financial education for youth, and psychosocial support in many initiatives. Over 10 years, more than 1290 trainees have been trained in Syria and Turkey.
